Our Starter Workshop creates an outlet facilitated by a qualified coach for all those who are affected by the redundancy process. It allows them to express how they are thinking and feeling with someone independent of the organisation they are working for, as well as share experiences with a small group of people who are also affected, during a significant period of change.

The virtual workshop explores the human impact of redundancy and includes a

• short educational presentation on how redundancy affects people differently.
• Interactive live Poll and supporting discussion to establish how those affected by redundancy are thinking and feeling.
• Practical and helpful self-coaching tips for participants to take away and use during the redundancy process
